The BHI-15 Billet Lower Receiver is a precision-engineered semi-auto lower receiver that's CNC-machined from solid aluminum billet for maximum strength (compared to casting), and to eliminate dimensional inconsistencies (compared to forging). Additional features include an oversized magazine well lip for easy magazine insertion, receiver extension tube reinforcement, and a hardened black anodized finish for durability. The multi-caliber design allows this receiver to be used to custom-build your rifle in a variety of calibers.
The BHI-15 Forged Lower Receiver benefits from the same attention to engineering detail and machining specifications as the BHI-15 Billet Lower Receiver, but at a more economical price. This receiver is forged from high-grade 7075 T6 aluminum alloy, then precision CNC-machined to final dimensions for tolerances to 0.001 inches. It also has an oversized magazine well lip and reinforced receiver extension tube, and boasts a hard black anodized finish to MIL-A-8625 Type III Class 2 specifications.
